The flour mill was first set in 1845 at Portlahoise in Ireland. The distinctive cream and owl logo is well known in Ireland. They now also include gluten free and spelt options. Notable also though is an excellent bakery recipe section on the web site developed over 40 years by Catherine Leyden. From Bakewll tart to baked Alaska.
