DukeHill stil produce the most lavish colour brochure. It runs to 100 pages – great photographs, but originally was a specialist in hams starting in a cowshed in Shropshire in 1985 and picking up a royal warrant on the way. It has now spread out into all mannr of online delicatessen products from cheese to Christmas puddings or cake for (£52), all curated with the same enthusiams.The hams are the thing – honey baked, St Geroge’s, York. A whole bone in 4.5kg is £123 but you can buy halves and smaller.
