There is a very well curated blog to this 100 year old dairy farm in Essex. It includes detailed description and pictures, if you have a mind, to making silage for winter feed. The quality of the products they have produced has been outstanding for cream, yoghurt, even butter. Often there are queues to top up milk bottles. The herd are all Holstein. They have a help yourself shop near the farm on Burnt Mill Road, Benfleet but have been reaching out to farmers markets across Essex and now London at weekends and also Swiss Cottage on Wednesdays.
